Dear Candidates,
We remind you that starting with the current recruitment period, when declaring multiple fields of study, you must indicate the priorities for those fields (1 being the highest priority).
Students can register for any number of fields, but can be accepted into only one field of study (full-time or part-time).
The Online Candidate Registration System defaults to alphabetical order for selected fields. Each selected field of study has a priority number set by the candidate under its name. If the candidate has different priority preferences, they can change them by selecting the recruitment application link. Priorities are set by clicking the blue "set priorities" tile and moving the rows with the field names. Each completed or cancelled recruitment application will appear in the candidate's notifications.
This means that after registering for the selected programs, they should be prioritised. This means that the program they would like to be accepted to first (priority 1) should be listed first, followed by the program they would like to be accepted to if they are not accepted into the priority program, and so on.
Changes to the priorities in your IRK account can be made until the last day of registration for a given admission round. After this date, the ability to change priorities for that round will be disabled.
